I had problems with the amount of my mortgage. A first time buyer, I wasn't taking any chances. It was too much & I'd decided to back out. This group broke down everything I didn't understand so that I could, but also made the entire process elementary school simple. Even my limited computer literacy was no problem after they took over. I am a new home buyer. I reached out to mark in hopes they could help. Of course I have a lot of questions since this is all new to me. Not only was he not so nice. Him and his team haven’t responded to me or my emails. He also forward my call. I am not bugging them to much either. I am not sure what’s personally going on with him. 5 stars doesn’t do Mark justice. His customer service and knowledge should be rated 1,000 out of 5 stars. I was a first time home buyer and felt like a lost puppy. That changed dramatically after choosing Mark as my lender. He made sure to explain every aspect of the mortgage lending and home buying processes, and provided insight on how he would make decisions as if it were his own money. I'm a first home buyer with zero knowledge in mortgage/buying a house. Plus with high student debt, I was hesitant to buy a house at first, but Mark made it happen with the lowest rate and lowest closing cost. My girlfriend and I met Mark two years at a first time home buyers course that he was doing, we left well informed and felt Mark and his team were well knowledgeable. A year later after doing some homework work we decided to buy a house and went with Mark and his team. Mark was always ready to answer any questions or concerns we had during the process, he even worked on weekends and a holiday to get the final push for our loan which told me I picked the right person and team for my first home loan. The team was always transparent about everything and if they needed something they let us know right away. We recently purchased a home in Texas with the help of Mark and his team. With struggling to find a 2nd loan for our house Mark sure was the biggest help we could have asked for. We had so many down falls during the time of searching for our home. With the COvid making things even more hard, loosing family members, dealing with 2 small babies in a single back house and dealing with unprofessional HR employees was definitely a nightmare. Mark was honestly sent to us from God with all he did for our family. He made magic happen and had our loan close the day we expected. I didn’t believe we would qualify for the 2nd loan anymore because of my husbands HR was very unprofessional and not willing to help with anything. They had his income calculated wrong because of switching payroll companies so much. Mark went beyond measures to help with calculating his income, getting all the paperwork needed to prove his income, made calls and spoke with people that helped made things happen. I’m very grateful for what he has done for my family and I. I would recommend him 100 times to who ever was interested in getting a loan. I’m looking forward in having Mark help us with refinancing and qualifying for our 3rd home loan.
Mark knows what he’s doing. He also knows a lot about the game of real estate and is extremely responsive. That’s is so beneficial to someone like me who has questions and doesn’t know anything about buying houses. He works fast even though he’s always very busy, he gets the job done. They rely too heavily on email communication instead of picking up the phone and talking to you. I literally was told 4 days before closing my loan was no longer approved THROUGH EMAIL first.
